  4. All prizes are new, factory made, standard type firearms, and are provided by the Kittery Trading Post US Route one, Kittery, Maine. (KTP)

  5. All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer (FFL). This will be done in conjunction with the staff at KTP.  All applicable, federal and state laws will apply.

If a winner wishes to have the firearm he or she won transferred to their own local FFL, all costs including shipping and other potential fees will be the responsibility of the winner. Arrangements will be coordinated by the KTP staff.

  6. Winning numbers are drawn from a bin containing numbered ping-pong balls. There are 30 balls, 3 for each number 0–9.  After each draw, the selected three balls are returned to the bin for the next draw. This allows for a participant to potentially win again. In the event that all 1000 tickets are not sold, any invalid number drawn will be returned to the bin and another number will be drawn.

  7. SBRGA reserves the right to draw numbers at various times for ease of scheduling and potential staff conflicts. Winning numbers will be announced one at a time on each day of October. Go to the clubs website to check for winning numbers.

  8. To purchase a raffle ticket, you must be 18 years of age. Winners must be legally eligible to possess a firearm in the United States.

  9. Winners have the option of taking the firearm they won or take a KTP gift card, which is 90% of the retail price of the firearm won.

  10. All firearms won are subject to availability, and SBRGA reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.

  11. Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm won is legal in their state, city, or town prior to taking possession of the firearm won.

  12. At no time will the SBRGA take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle. Winners will receive firearms directly from an FFL at the KTP.

  13. Winners will be notified, using the name, address, and phone number that the purchaser has written or requested to be on the ticket stub. In the event that the SBRGA is unable to contact the winner, it is the sole responsibility of the winning ticket holder to contact the SBRGA to claim their prize. Prizes are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize.  ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE RAFFLE CONCLUSION WHICH WOULD BE THE 30th OF NOVEMBER.
