News from the Club: January 2012 meeting
The monthly meeting of the SBRGA was held on Tuesday, January 24th 2012. Eighteen new members were voted in to the Club. The Range Safety Orientation was held on Saturday, January 28th 2012. The monthly scheduled Work Party was also held on Saturday. Thank you to those who volunteered for the Work Party, keeping the ranges operating safely so we may all enjoy them year 'round!
The January meeting also included the annual Election of Officers. All current officers of the Club have graciously agreed to stay on another year, so no changes were made. Our thanks to the Officers and Board of Directors who dedicate so much of their time and effort to keeping this Club operating so that all members may enjoy all it has to offer!
The annual Game Supper will be held on Saturday, February 4th 2012 at 6:00pm. It's not too late to help out with a donation of game or a side dish or dessert, or volunteer in the afternoon to help set up the dining room. Donations can be accepted Thursday, February 2nd during the afternoon or in the evening at the Trap Range. To contact the Game Supper Committee Chairman to volunteer, please email nrapistolcourse at gmail dot com (spam deterrent - please reassemble). Any help is appreciated.
Membership renewals are due now. Please print off a renewal form from our website and mail it in with the correct dues or bring it to the next meeting for processing. If you mail in your renewal form, it will speed up processing if you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
The next monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 28th 2012 at 7:30pm at the clubhouse. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The next scheduled Work Party and Range Safety Orientation will be held on Saturday, March 3rd 2012.
